P1 - Venecia Del Mar Hotel

The Venecia Del Mar Hotel consists of two boutique hotel buildings containing 36 condo hotel sites located on canals separating both foyers. Each hotel foyer will have boat docking, swimming pool, lounge and access to Isla Fiesta.

P1 - Calle Del Mar

The Calle del Mar is a covered concourse with restaurants, cafes and shops with villas and townhouses above. The concourse is connected to the boardwalk and beach by bridges every 150 feet.

P1 - Sandero Del Mar

P2 - The Avenida Hotel

The Hotel Avenida offers rooms with views of the beach and sea, or of the canals. Along the canal walls are private, pool-side palapas with connecting bridges over the canal with grand public plaza at entrance.

P3 - Venecia Del Mar Fun Island

Membership club house offering virtual golf, chapels and wedding facilities, four tennis courts, volleyball courts, palapa bars on the Fun Island, a library, gym, café, children’s play area, catering facilities and other rental offerings.

P4 - Marina

300 slip public marina.

P5 - Villas of the Boardwalk

Located over the shops of The Boardwalk, the villas, from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, over three floors, include private elevator access from the shopping promenade.

P6 - Residences

The residences follow serpentine islands along canals and boardwalks. The raised living areas and planters along walkways ensure privacy to first floor suites. Boats slips are available to first floor residences.

P7 - Shopping Centre

A large outdoor shopping centre on El Sendero surrounded by marina boat slips. Hotels, stores, cafes, restaurants, clubs and spas will be located in commercial units adjacent to the shopping promenade.

P8 - Tourism Business Park

Functioning as a buffer to the tourist components of this development and providing much needed commercial space for airport users, this strip of land will run along the eastern side of the site between the development and the new delivery road through San Pedro.

P9 - Blue Wave

The Blue Wave project is located at the southern tip of the overall lands consisting of seven super-luxury buildings. Each building contains seven super-luxury condominiums.

P10 - Administration Area

The Administrative Centre will be located at the eastern entrance to The Marina. The centre will handle the administration, information, booking, luggage storage, security, taxi parking, golf cart parking and a Gondola Marina.
